Stuffed to the max!!!

A guest made this one time and I loved it. First make crepes (I simply use the recipe out of my Betty Crocker cookbook). Second I make a mixture of cream cheese, brown sugar, and an egg and wrap a glob in each crepe. I then bake it for 10 minutes, top with fresh fruit and whip cream, and watch people go to town on it. The best compliment I got this last week was that they were much better than the ones they make and they are know for theirs! YEA!!!!
