
This is a recipe I found that sounded ok, but once I was done experimenting and modifying it the taste blew me and my friends away. It was so flavorful and really popped on your palate.
The “Asian” part come from fish sauce, soy sauce, turmeric, and coconut milk being in the marinate.
The secret to grilling it is high heat and re-coating with the marinate as needed.
