Food – grilled dijon pork chops

Shane used me as a test subject as he tried out a recipe for a grilled pork chop dish.  The meat was cooked to perfection and the flavor provided a rich medley for the palate.  The initial impression of dijon and light garlic was supplanted by a delicate blend of sherry, sage, rosemary and lemon.  This wonderful combination results in your senses screaming at you to savor the flavor.
