Whenever I am in Colorado I spend a few days with cousin. Well this year they took me to their favorite restaurant and she ordered a pear infused balsamic pasta dish. It was amazing so we decided to see if we could recreate it.
We used ravioli (the photo was the second time I made it with tortellini because I could not find ravioli in the islands) and put a sautéed almond slivers and diced pears mixture on top of the pasta and then drizzled balsamic over it.
This is going to be my favorite recipe for this year.
