The last recipe my Christmas charter let me try was a prosciutto wrapped fish that was wonderful.
You can take any firm white fish and season it with pepper and sage. I then wrapped prosciutto around it and fried it.
In reality how can you expect it to be bad, because it is wrapped with a fancy thin bacon and lets be honest bacon makes everything better!
