Even though I did not know about Kings Canyon National Park until I arrived at the entrance to Sequoia NP, because both are administered together, I loved it. I can not believe so many people do not take the time to drive into the valley of the canyon. It is beautiful, as the photo shows, and so empty of people. It gives you a sense of what Yosemite NP would be like if it did not have 4 million visitors. 🙂
