I am now under contract for a Lagoon 410. Hopefully a survey (like a home inspection) will be done next week so we can determine the condition of the boat. We have until April 20th to determine if we want to proceed with the purchase and we will take ownership of the boat on May 6th in the British Virgin Islands.
