Marina Cay is a small island near the BVI airport. It is surrounded by a protective reef. Charter boats love to pick up a mooring behind the reef and island, because it is centrally located and makes getting anywhere easy. Plus Pusser’s Rum has a store and restaurant ashore.

Of course the history of the island is interesting also. Robb White and his new bride moved here and built a small house by hand back in the late 30’s. Of course they never had permission, so they were squatting. For three years they scratched out a life on the tiny island until he went back to serve in WW2. He ended up writing three books about their time on the island.
