As I wrote earlier, we loved cruising the Rio Dulce in Guatemala. One place we had a blast playing at with our guests was Restaurante El Viajero, located just inside the river between El Golfete and Livingston.
This restaurant was fairly big, had good food, and good service people, but what really set it apart is the rope swing and water slide they had. The dad, two boys, and I had a blast swinging and sliding for over two hours until we needed to leave and head down the river to Livingston to check out of Guatemala.
