Do you have a change jar

Everyone has a place in their home where they throw loose change.  Mine is a ceramic pirate rum bottle my father made when I was just a wee sailor (1 or 2 years old).  I found it at their old house as they were packing it up to move and thought it would be perfect on the boat.  I use it as a bookend, but it needed more weight to hold the books while sailing.  It was my mom who suggested putting change in it.  So that is where I have been putting my spare change each night since the beginning of the season in November.

Now that I am at the end of the season I decided to count the change and was mildly surprised to count out $48.46.  Wow that is not an insignificant amount of money for just a little change each day. Now I can continue to add to it or get myself a little treat.  What should I do?
