CaribbeanWorking on the boat

1st storm of the season

By July 3, 2014 No Comments

Well it is official.  The first named storm of the season is called Arthur.  It is working its way up the East Coast.  Check it out at the National Hurricane Center.

Usually July is safe down here and my charters have a great time.  August can get a bit interesting, since the first year I chartered down here I had to dodge two tropical storms during chartering.  September and October are the busiest months of the storm season and I want to be away at that time.

That is why last year and this year I finish my season at the end of July.

***The only time slot I still have available is July 18th-24th.  if you are interested contact me and we can discuss a discount for this week***

I will once again cruise through the Spanish VI the first 10 days of August and then have the boat hauled out and stored at Puerto Del Rey in Puerto Rico.  After that I have not decided what I am doing, but the boat will be safe until November.
