Here is the “Photo of the Day” looking at the eastern wall of Jerusalem. During its long history, Jerusalem has been destroyed at least twice, besieged 23 times, attacked 52 times, and captured and recaptured 44 times. With that said I am sure the walls have helped, but they were no where close to a bullet proof vest.
