One of the nights I made dinner for my friends I tried recipes for ginger snow peas and an arugula & tomato with steak strips that had balsamic vinegar on it. Both dishes were good and everyone enjoyed them, but we started talking about how good the flavors would be combined with each other.
That is when I made up a whole new recipe combining the two dishes and came up with “gingered snow peas & sirloin”. The flavors come from chili-garlic sauce and balsamic vinegar on top of the ginger.
